Great review ! Fantastic technically adept set. At the same time I find they are the least engaging of that Simgot clan. For the price it is exceptional , for me it's a bit soulless.
@Codename john,
Well thanks, to me it is a favorite due to the bass action, at least SIMGOT is not repeating themselves here. I also think it may depend on choice of music, as I really found it engaging and smoother than the EA500 or EA1000? The LM was also more musical on the R3 II and both UA3 and DEW4X than many IEMs, but that could be just my preoccupation with bass?
Excellent reveiw! Would you say that this would be a worthy upgrade over the Olina's? I'm looking for a single DD set around the same price range and this looks interesting. Thanks.
@Genos66,
Thank-you! What I would do is post this exact question in the SIMGOT Thread or the Discovery Thread, as I am not familiar with that IEM, sorry.
These Simgots are such beautiful, shiny chrome IEMs. Nice review, as always. Some folks don't appreciate or even think that photos are not needed. On the contrary, I believe good photography keeps the review on a higher level.
My EA2000 comes soon, I hope...it's going to be great to have this review as a reference for me to see where the EA2000 stands. Good job, man! Ah, this...please, in the future, put links with the music; it's easier and faster to listen...
Cheers!
@fidgeraldo,
Thank-you. Links to my music? I do that at times but being YouTube the 00:00 timing locations don’t always match up, but sure I will give some thought about music references. Yes, the photographs do take it farther. My amateur photographs work their intended job I guess, yet it’s fun, maybe more fun than writing? Yet a review does need ample doses of both. IMO
