Schiit Magni+ and Magni Heretic :: Impressions Thread
My experience with the Heretic finally had its closure today. TL;DR: it cost me a shipping label. I received a refund earlier this week from the return process. The fact that they axed me with the restocking fee made me think the following: Technician received the returned unit, and upon...- frkasper

FiiO Hybrid IEMs Discussion & Impressions Thread
This is my perspective: the FH7S is a midbass cannon, and I guess it would suite you better on a stage. It is also lighter and smaller than the FH9. Both have dedicated subwoofers, and you can't go wrong with either. As far as the fit and seal goes, I typically handle that with a bigger eartip...- frkasper

Best IEM tips?
Do you prefer softer or firmer materials? For instance, two antagonistic sets: FiiO HS18 and AZLA Crystal. Also, try grabbing the FiiO HS19 pack on AliExpress, it is usually less than 15 bucks and there is a good variety in it to get you started. After purchasing your 10th set, then you can...- frkasper

Unveiled: Meet the HD 620S
If it's boomy then I'm all in for it. My Michael Jackson and Barry White are consumed with thick midbass. :muscle: I also own a SRH1540. It will be interesting to see folks comparing these two.- frkasper

Best IEM tips?
Damn. Have 19 pairs of the OG version. :see_no_evil: Need 19 more of the new WB version to maintain consistency. :smiling_imp: But I would need to check the internal diameter first.- frkasper

Sennheiser HD 660S2 thread
This happens with all the Sennheisers I have here, including the HD800S. I'm not positive stretching will do any good when the pain is located at the top of the head. The tricks I use: Keep moving the headband front to back (and vice-versa), always to a region of no pain. I may repeat that...- frkasper
