Don`t get me wrong, on the right tracks the bass is very nice! I just listened to some Psytrance and the bass floored me :D Just hope I won`t lose the lovely top end, I like the edge it has now!

Just received my EST50, here are my early impressions :) So far its not exactly what I expected, although not bad at all! I expected them to be bass monsters after looking at the reviews but so far they sound rather balanced to me haha The highs are very present and crisp, just how I like it...

My EST50 will arrive tomorrow if everything goes to plan. My excitement is through the roof :) So just fyi -> 7-9 days indeed seems to be the standard time for tax-inclusive to eu, which is pretty good tbh. Tracking was also flawless!

Since I also ordered for the first time recently: tax-inclusive is a must for avoiding taxes. Downside is, that it may take longer than express shipping. I actually paid for express (1$ on an order of 400+) and they sent it out using the tax-inclusive shipping. Not mad because it should arrive...

Probably there is/should be a difference in sound between Hip-Dac 1st gen and 3rd gen. Like I said, the Hip-Dac doesen`t sound bad at all. Its just not the best combination for me with the S12 Pro :)

I got the first edition of the Hip-Dac and with GTO-Firmware they sound too thin/bright for me, so I was using 7.3 (C&C) lately. That gave them a nice organic sound but the pressure buildup in my ears made it very uncomfortable when listening to louder volumes. Depending on the track and X-Bass...
